Most of our products are not manufactured in large quantities by factory. Most of it are handcrafted with love and patience. Each product is unique, one of its kind and quality is guaranteed. I love traveling and i have some unique travelling stories and photographs/videos to share, can we collaborate?
We currently accept credit cards such as Visa Card and Mastercard. We also accept Internet Banking/ FPX transactions and also Paypal. All transactions are managed by our official payment gateway – iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd.
I would like to know more about your shipping details, eg: shipping destinations, fees, type of shipment, shipment timeline etc.
Do I need to pay for import duty or taxes and charges?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are your responsibility, do check with you country’s customs office to determine these costs prior to buying.
The item I want is sold out! Is there any way for you to bring it in again?
Just drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do for you. Restocking is possible but is also product specific, please contact us and we will try our best to help you in this.
Can I return my product?
We will offer returns if your purchase item has a manufacturing defect, and if the return request is made within 7 days of receipt. Please read more on the details from the Returns Policy page.
You have sent me a wrong item, what should I do?
Please inform us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then assist you with the exchange process.
All International parcels will now be posted through DHL or DHL Express until Pos Malaysia resumes their services again.
