Combine Shipping Policy:

Striving to provide the best service to all our customers, we’ve decided to provide a ‘combine shipping’ option for all of you!

This ‘combine shipping’ option will enable you to add more products to your parcel within an 8-week period and yet minimize the shipping fee that you have to pay.

Please read the below details carefully:

First Order:

1. Check out your cart and complete your order, shipping fee will be charged as usual. Shipping fee varies for each country and will be auto-calculated based on the weight of products purchased.

2. Put your order on hold by writing remarks at the comment section – ‘on hold for combine shipping purpose’

3. Upon receiving orders with this remark, we will put your order on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks.

Consecutive Orders:

You may make more orders within these 8 weeks period, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Use voucher code ‘combineshipping’ to waive off shipping fee

Step 2: Put a remark at the comment section and indicate your previous order number, E.g.: ‘combine shipping with order #1234’

Total Weight and Shipping Fee:

1. At the end of the 8^th week, we will pack all your orders in one parcel and determine the total weight. We will then calculate the final shipping fee based on the total weight.

2. If the final shipping fee exceeds the shipping fee that you’ve paid for in your first order, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the remaining payment.

3. Kindly note that your parcel will only be shipped after the remaining shipping fee has been received by us.

4. If you’d like us to ship your parcel earlier, send us an email and we will arrange accordingly.
